The position is in the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, MRP Business Services, Human Resources Division, HR Operations Branch. If selected for this position, you will serve as the Leave and Compensation Subject Matter Expert and, as such, provide expert technical advice and guidance to staff members, management, supervisors, and employees on a full range of human resources management program.
What You'll Do
- →Provides technical advice and guidance to Leave and Compensation Specialists and Civilian Pay Technicians about a variety of complex problems encountered in work assignments.
- →Provides advisory service to management and supervisors on extremely sensitive, complex, or controversial pay and leave issues.
