You will serve as a HUMAN RESOUCES SPECIALIST in the Total Force Manpower Management (N1) of HDQTRS NDW.
What You'll Do
- →You will collaborate with managers to determine long range human resources needs.
- →You will advise hiring managers on the procedural and regulatory requirements governing the recruitment process.
- →You will solve human resources problems that cross multiple program lines (e.g., recruitment, classification, compensation).
- →You will conduct position classification reviews to ensure classification standards are interpreted uniformly throughout a workforce.
- →You will analyze data related to Staffing and Recruitment workflow.
