You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT) in the COMMANDER NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC) of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST. Salary Breakdown: GS-09: $ 69,373 - $ 90,190 GS-11: $ 83,935 - $ 109,122
What You'll Do
- →You will manage recruitment processes from request-to-fill to entrance-on-duty for an organization.
- →You will draft correspondence on applicant-related matters (e.g., notifications of eligibility, referral/non-referral notices, selection letters) You will solve human resources problems that cross multiple program lines (e.g., recruitment, classification, compensation).
- →You will explain civilian human resources policies and procedures to customers.
- →You will respond to customer inquiries by researching data from a human resources information system (e.g., Defense Civilian Personnel Data System [DCPDS] or similar system).
