About the Position: Serves as a Human Resources Officer for the Joint Activities Command at Fort Bragg, NC.
What You'll Do
- →Provides extensive staff advice and guidance on human resources planning and management issues, policies, and practices for joint forces world-wide.
- →Advise the headquarters and supported units on career management and functional responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulatory, administrative, and procedural requirements.
- →Serves as key member of the commands resource planning teams that consider budget, manpower, personnel, and mission aspects of management, and resource issues such as downsizing, realignments, and reorganizations.
- →Monitor current SOF operations, providing the commands senior leadership with critical HR situational awareness.
- →Supervise activities of the directorate, determining the scope and objectives of assignments, resources required resolving problems, and developing policies.
- →Assist the commander with strategy assessments to address strategic direction spanning force employment, force development, and force design.
