You will serve as the Director of Civilian Human Resources in the Total Force Manpower Department, Civilian Human Resources Division of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for strategic human resources and workforce planning for the command's strategic plan.
- →You will be responsible for developing and administering command wide regulatory guidance, standards and procedures, for the management and direction of human resource programs, processes and operations which are responsive to commands requirements.
- →You will be responsible for representing the commander in matters related to human resources operations and processes.
- →You will be responsible for managing and guiding the conducting of quality based command management assessments to determine the state and effectiveness of human resources programs and services.
- →You will be responsible for supervising a staff of senior level human resources specialists via subordinate supervisors and exercising the full range of supervisory duties.
