What You'll Do
- →Functions as a Bureau expert in interpreting position classification laws and regulations, including OPM standards and guides.
- →Provides guidance and advise to resolve some of the most difficult issues faced by HR servicing offices Bureau-wide regarding these program areas.
- →Provides advisory opinions to other Bureau HR professionals regarding position classification issues.
- →Works collaboratively with other CCS staff, providing guidance, training and expertise as needed.
