About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Conduct studies on staffing levels, workload, organizational structure, and efficiency to recommend improvements across the medical center.
- →Evaluate individual positions and department structures; prepares documentation and presents findings to leadership.
- →Analyze market salary data and validates requests for recruitment/retention incentives, special salary rates, and bonus determinations.
- →Screen applicants, coordinates interviews, communicates with candidates, and collaborates with departments to meet staffing needs.
- →Use qualitative and quantitative methods to assess recruitment effectiveness, produce staffing analyses, and recommend process improvements.
