What You'll Do
- →You will advise all stakeholders on leadership development, upward mobility, career planning, and core competency enhancement.
- →You will manage the Command-Sponsored training budget, ensuring the timely allocation and full utilization of quarterly funds.
- →You will monitor compliance with mandatory supervisory and employee training.
- →You will guides managers on all stages of the performance lifecycle: planning, monitoring, developing, rewarding, and formal rating.
- →You will administer the employee appraisal program, ensuring command-wide compliance with regulatory deadlines for plan issuances, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.
- →You will manage the civilian Employee Recognition Program for MCRD-SD/WRR.
- →You will implement and administers a comprehensive workforce development program focused on developmental opportunities and training initiatives.
