What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a technical expert on classification matters, advising HR Liaisons and/or managers on program requirements and practices.
- →You will conduct on-site and telephonic audits and prepare written evaluation statements as required by higher headquarters policy.
- →You will plan and conduct classification studies to identify short- and long-range position classification and position management needs.
- →You will interpret position classification and position management principles, practices, and criteria for application to management requests.
