You will serve as a HOUSING MANGEMENT SPECIALIST in the FLEET and FAMILY HOUSING DEPARTMENT (N93) of NSA ANNAPOLIS.
What You'll Do
- →You will use computer software to document contract phases of repairs and maintenance are being met and recorded.
- →You will conduct housekeeping inspections during occupancy to ensure residents are meeting sanitation standards.
- →You will compose changes to housing policies, procedures, and practices to increase efficiency.
- →You will perform other duties at the discretion and direction of management.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: I have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
- ✓OR Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree.
- ✓OR Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.ORA combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
