What You'll Do
- →You will lead and manage all aspects of the Installation Housing Program, ensuring safe, suitable, and affordable housing solutions for eligible personnel and their families.
- →You will implement new and revise existing housing policies.
- →You will provide clear guidance and ensure consistent interpretation of policies by subordinate managers.
- →You will provide in-depth technical analysis and expert recommendations on all aspects of housing policy and program management, translating complex guidance into practical plans and implementation strategies.
- →You will serve as the Temporary Lodging Allowance program certifying official, ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures related to TLA.
- →You will support supervisors in ensuring acceptability and quality work performed by civilians, local foreign workers, and military members.
- →You will provide informal mentoring support and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, contributing to professional development and improved performance.
