The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Housing Management Element, Installation Management Flight, 733 Civil Engineer Division.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Housing Element of Installation Management Flight, ensuring that family housing management, dormitory management and furnishing management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents CED Housing Element with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Directs and supervises the administration, occupancy, and termination of all permanent party housing, including accompanied and unaccompanied personnel for small to medium installation programs with a moderately complex housing assignment.
- →Manages the off-base housing referral program through locally-established policies and procedures and liaison with civil authorities and property owners/managers.
