What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert, interpreting and applying housing policies and regulations to optimize program effectiveness.
- →You will provide training to personnel performing functions and duties relative to the assignment, occupancy, and termination of government quarters.
- →You will coordinate housing related projects, coordinate with naval facilities counterparts, and ensures timely completion through continuous follow-up.
- →You will provide oversight for housing allowance requests, processing Overseas Housing and Temporary Lodging Allowance packages in line with governing policies.
- →You will assist with lease agreements and provides landlord-tenant mediation to ensure fair housing practices.
- →You will manage comprehensive relocation assistance and administers the Temporary Lodging Allowance program as the certifying official.
- →You will participate in developing and executing the annual and long term budgets.
Requirements
- ✓The following education may be substituted for specialized experience.
- ✓D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related NOTE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for all grade levels for which both education and experience are acceptable.
- ✓A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
