You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR) in the ???????Fleet and Family Readiness Division of NAVWPNSTA SEAL BEACH.
What You'll Do
- →You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner.
- →You will oversee the execution of inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements.
- →You will investigate and resolve tenant-landlord complaints to recommend resolution, or arbitrate disputes.
- →You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities.
