You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS (N9) of NAS KEY WEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will counsel customers regarding the availability, type, and size of housing available.
- →You will perform physical inspections to identify deficiencies, assess damages and determine the appropriate corrective measure.
- →You will schedule and coordinate maintenance, repair and other work required to correct discrepancies.
- →You will identify housing deficiencies to submit appropriate documentation for improvements.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education.
- ✓OR Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
- ✓OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
