About the Position: This position is located in the AD HCA - TRICARE Health Plan, Health Plan Operation Support. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform workload and other statistically-based analyses to identify and address the implications of contractor performance.
- →Analyzes policies, develops requirements, instructions and guidelines for inclusion in the TRICARE Manuals, auxiliary instructions and guidelines; i.e., financial reimbursement, claims processing, and managed care policy.
- →Analyzes technical aspects of legislative and regulatory proposals for implications and impact on contractor operations to determine actions required of the contractors or other DHA elements.
- →Responds to manual change questions and assists the Project Officer by researching difficult issues, serves as intermediary between the Project Officer and interested stakeholders.
- →Analyze potential improvements to existing contracts, financing programs, and helps develop plans and strategies for potential/contract changes.
