The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and administrative supervision over subordinate supervisors and workers in accomplishing trades and labor work of 99 Civil Engineer Operations Flight, exercising control over 17 work centers in 4 diverse elements.
What You'll Do
- →Performs work planning responsibilities.
- →Plans and establishes long-range work requirements and schedules (typically 6months or longer).
- →Performs work direction responsibilities.
- →Assigns and explains work requirements and operating instructions tosubordinate supervisors.
- →Sets deadlines and establishes the sequence of work operations to be followed.
- →Performs administration responsibilities.
- →Participates with subordinate supervisors/employees in the development of performance plans.
- →Provides a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- →Ensures education in, compliance with, and practice of security directives, good safety, and health habits inall work areas.
