This vacancy announcement may be used to fill positions at various Department of the Navy Commands, including but not limited to Marine Corps and Commander, Navy Installations.
What You'll Do
- →You will work a variety of fuel stations at a large fuel depot or yard oiler.
- →You will observe pressure gauges, measures temperatures, and determine net quantities received or issued.
- →You will assist with various ship docking, line, hose handling and related duties during fueling and unloading operations of ships, barges, and tankers.
- →You will prepare related logs of arrival and departure times of trucks, barges, or other important operational areas to identify possible demurrage charges.
- →You will operate pick-up trucks, vans, stake trucks, 5,000-gallon refueler trucks, tractor or trailer trucks, forklifts, and farm tractors with attachments.
