This vacancy is for aWG-5413-6, Fuel Distribution System Worker located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, USCG AIR STATION CLEARWATER in CLEARWATER, Florida.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Fuel Distribution Worker.
- →This position is located in DHS/U.S.
- →Coast Guard, Seventh Coast Guard District, Air Station Clearwater, Engineering Department, in Clearwater, FL.
- →Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.
- →Typical work assignments include: .Performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly fuel farm/truck inspections, maintenance and service equipment.
- →Receiving fuel from vendors and performs testing of the fuel.
- →Connecting and disconnecting hoses and open and close valves, checking periodically for leaks and checking the condition of storage tanks.
- →Operating equipment to transfer fuels from storage tanks to aircraft tank trucks or similar vehicles.
- →Reading meters and recording amounts of fuel transferred from storage tanks to vehicles.

- ✓Selectee must provide a valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
- ✓Selectee subject to successful completion of pre-employment physical.
