As the authoritative resource for Team Submarine (TSUB), the Fiscal Policy Analyst provides advisory, analytical, and policy development support to senior leadership. The role is responsible for interpreting complex fiscal legislation and financial management regulations, developing and maintaining internal procedures, and ensuring all program activities strictly comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- →Develops, writes, and maintains internal fiscal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- →Serves as a senior advisor to senior leadership on the financial implications of strategic decisions and structuring of programs to ensure financial compliance.
- →Provides policy guidance on all phases of the PPBE process and reviews budget formulation and execution plans to ensure alignment with fiscal policy and appropriations law.
- →Develops and delivers training and guidance to staff on fiscal law and financial policies to promote a culture of compliance across TSUB.
