You will serve as a FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE-COMPTROLLER (N00FM) of NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION (NCTAMS). This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f. SALARY RANGE GG-07: $51,210-$69,989 GG-08: $56,713-$77,504
What You'll Do
- →You will examine, verify, maintain, and reconcile accounts and accounting data, compile, and prepare reports for review and analysis.
- →You will perform technician work in support of budget analysis and administration such as maintaining ledgers, budget formulation, compiling, consolidating, checking, and arranging funding data.
- →You will disseminate routine status reporting to senior leadership and analytical team.
- →You will consolidate and reconcile information in support of time-critical data calls and projects.
- →You will execute funding documents for budgeted direct and reimbursable programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including audit readiness.
- →You will accept, certify/validate invoices in Wide Area Work Flow.
- →You will perform obligation validation review on current and prior year execution.
