You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Headquarters Accounting Branch of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET. SALARY RANGES: GS 11: $77,964 - $101,359 GS 12: $93,445 - $121,482
What You'll Do
- →You will conduct analysis, transaction review or certification and reporting for reimbursable and direct appropriated funds to ensure accuracy, existence, completeness, classification and compliance with applicable regulations, policies and laws.
- →You will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs, Desk Guides and Checklists for a variety of complex segments of financial management such as Reimbursable Work Orders (RWOs), payments and key supporting documents repositories.
- →You will conduct audits on centrally managed accounts to ensure each program functions in accordance with existing regulations and policies to include analysis and review of policies and processes.
- →You will utilize accounting and interfaced systems in order to research problem transactions, obtain support for audit samples.
- →You will perform analysis of accounting transactions within Navy ERP, DCPS and multiple complex system interfaces to ensure civilian labor is properly recorded and reported.
- →You will develop and generate reports utilizing Databricks and Advana Jupiter to validate and confirm labor execution and resolve labor errors.
