What You'll Do
- →As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties: Formulates, defends, and executes assigned Working Capital Fund (WCF) Program's annual budget.
- →Closely monitors commitments, obligations, and expenditures to ensure optimal use of funds and full compliance.
- →Ensuring receipt of program and budget guidance from external authorities, assessing impact to assigned accounts, and coordinating budget requirements across the enterprise.
- →Monitoring, analyzing, and articulating the financial performance relative to the available funding authority.
- →Summarizing and analyzing the financial data from the proprietary and budgetary accounts to satisfy internal management needs and external mandatory and legislative requirements.
- →Analyzing the top-down budget guidance presented to subordinate organizations.
- →Coordinating the development and execution of budgets for the appropriate Headquarters organizations.
- →Ensuring the consolidated budget supports DLA’s strategic plan and overall vision.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
