What You'll Do
- →Develops and maintains dynamic financial models to support business planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- →Consolidates, cleans, and models data from multiple systems to enable accurate financial and operational reporting.
- →Ensures data integrity and confidentiality by managing report documentation and user access in compliance with data governance policies.
- →Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes variances, and delivers insights on trends and root causes through automated reporting tools.
- →Prepares and presents monthly and quarterly financial reports, including budget variance analysis and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- →Supports annual budgeting and long-term financial planning by collaborating with department leaders and providing financial guidance aligned with organizational goals.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
