What You'll Do
- →Reviews current Agency Reasonable Accommodations (RA) policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and applicable laws and statutes.
- →Provides technical advice and guidance to management, employees, applicants, human resources officials and advocacy groups on issues impacting individuals with disabilities.
- →Reviews supporting documentation to identify effective accommodation options.
- →Serves as an instructor delivering training on EEO laws, anti-harassment requirements, reasonable accommodation procedures, and related compliance topics.
- →Provides guidance to supervisors, managers, and employees regarding EEO laws, procedures, and responsibilities.
