- →Step into a critical leadership role as the Space Launch Delta 45 (SLD 45) Equal Opportunity (EO) Manager, where you will serve as the principal advisor to the Commander on all EO and conflict resolution matters.

- →You will lead and mentor a dedicated team, manage the installation's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program, and partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders like the Staff Judge Advocate and the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator.
- →From conducting organizational climate surveys and analyzing workplace trends, to advising senior leadership on critical EO incidents, your insights will directly shape executive decisions.
