About the Role
You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Combat Systems Division (Code 290), Combat Systems Test Branch (Code 295) of the Engineering and Planning Department ofPORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate closely with Ship's force with respect to test readiness and support of shipboard testing.
- →You will report conditions and status of testing to the senior Shipyard managers.
- →You will ensure that test data is reviewed for conformance to specifications You will review and process all work permits that may affect combat systems testing.
- →You will prepare detailed test procedures, through the System Leader, based on NAVSEA derived specification.
