About the Role
About the Position: Incumbent will provide a full scope project management duties in a variety of construction, repair and maintenance contracts.
What You'll Do
- →Execute selected projects directing scope development plus design meetings leading into bid document preparation for contractor evaluations.
- →Acts as Contracting Officer's Representative to manage construction or maintenance contracts while promptly resolving non-technical issues.
- →Uses manual or Computer Aided Drafting Design systems to update completed project developing working drawings for architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical construction systems.
- →Develops detailed project cost estimates for upcoming contracts for construction or repair or maintenance.
