About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio. For everyone who enjoys the outdoors, The Great Place is the ideal location, because of warm winters and hot summers. What You'll Do
- →Prepare contract specifications for facility operation maintenance and/or municipal service engineering projects.
- →Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in regard to planning, developing, and/or evaluating terms and conditions for real property operation service contracts.
- →Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and cost estimates for real property supporting systems.
- →Monitor contractor performance for assigned facility contracts.
- →Coordinate contract requirements and execution with other division personnel, contractors, and/or customers of serviced facilities.
