About the Position: This position will be filled at the GS-9 level. This position will be part of our Engineering Office at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD).
What You'll Do
- →Outline or discuss possible problem areas and defines objectives, plans, priorities, and deadlines; and provides assistance on controversial or unusual situations with no clear precedents.
- →Collect and analyze engineering data and makes sound engineering decisions or compromises for the purpose of operating, optimizing, adjusting, correcting, designing, improving, pollution control, and wastewater treatment.
- →Apply a diversified and integrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, chemical, and industrial engineering technology, principles, and practices.
- →Perform a variety of work relating to the area of specialization that requires the application of a considerable number of different basic but established methods, procedures, and techniques.
- →Responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, modification, test, and improvement of industrial facilities, equipment, devices, operations, and processes, some problematic and prototypical in nature.
