You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (NUCLEAR) in the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department, Nuclear Quality Division of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and implement quality control procedures and review procedures from other shipyard organizations pertaining to nuclear quality and/or radiological controls.
- →You will review the work of engineers, technicians, scientists, radiological, production, etc. personnel in the shipyard.
- →You will monitor the work of inspectors, radiological technicians and shop mechanics to ensure conformance with approved procedures/specifications.
