About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency at Army Health Clinic Moncrief located in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Analyzes, test, balances, and replaces projects for all facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- →Provides oversight of facility operational readiness.
- →Initiates replacement projects for critical real property systems.
- →Screens medical equipment requests to determine utility compatibility and to plan infrastructure upgrades.
- →Advises on facility concerns and identify complex engineering technical issues, elevating to Engineer, when needed.
- →Writes statement of work and prepare packages for validation.
- →Develop and provide detailed budgetary data to support long-range planning and maintenance activities.
