About the Position: The incumbent serves as a senior Engineering Technician for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), responsible for the full range of technical activities required for life-cycle project management of complete, complex, and high-dollar value projects for the repair and maintenance of installation real property.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a senior technical expert for the development and execution of a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects.
- →Provide technical guidance to government inspectors, clarifying original design intent and resolving complex problems that arise during construction.
- →Maintain official government records of all transactions, negotiations, and estimates to ensure a complete audit trail.
- →Update and manage project status in DPW’s work management systems (e.g., WMA, GFEBS).
