This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Walla Walla District US Army Corps of Engineers is comprised of motivated and talented employees providing the very best engineering services for communities in the Pacific Northwest.
What You'll Do

- →Serve as the Advanced Modeling Lead.
- →Perform 3D solids modeling, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Civil Information Modeling (CIM) on multiple platforms.
- →Perform layout of complex equipment and features from very basic instructions from engineers.
- →Perform feature sizing based on general-principle and standard criteria.
- →Mentor others in the proper use of 3D Modeling, BIM, and CIM on multiple platforms.
- →Lead other Engineering Technicians (CADD Lead) in multi-discipline projects.
