About the Position: Support construction projects across Kwajalein Atoll by reviewing contractor schedules and payments, tracking project progress, resolving issues, processing contract changes, and ensuring completed work is properly documented and meets required standards.
What You'll Do
- →Reviews construction cost estimates and contractor proposals to support contract changes, negotiations, and project timelines.
- →Prepares and coordinates contract closeout, final payments, property transfers, and required project documentation.
- →Reviews construction records, labor requirements, insurance, and project performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- →Processes small purchases and provides administrative support to keep office operations, records, and resources organized and efficient.
