The primary purpose of the position is to perform nonprofessional architectural and engineering work in functions such as plan development, design, inspections, drafting, and some surveying and equipment/material testing. What You'll Do
- →Monitors and controls segments of project plans and specifications during their planning, programming and design.
- →Maintains surveillance over complex construction projects.
- →Maintains surveillance over landscape service contracts.
- →Creates basic sustainment, repair and maintenance (SRM) project plans and specifications.
- →Completes inspections and analysis of existing horizontal and vertical structures.
- →Develops and prepares engineering plans, drawings and designs using the latest Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) equipment and techniques.
