What You'll Do
- →You will receive emergency and non-emergency requests by telephone, mobile radio, mobile data computers or automatic alarms.
- →You will screen incoming communications and prioritize emergency/non-emergency calls and situations.
- →You will maintain logs, forms and status of security and fire personnel on duty and available using CAD system.
- →You will be responsible for obtaining the necessary information from various monitoring sources or individuals and dispatching police, fire and medical emergency services assets for Department of Defense installations.
- →You will serve as the key point of contact between field personnel, station management and other representatives of other public safety agencies during emergency response operations or assignments.
