Serve as the Engineering Branch Chief in the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). Senior professional electronics engineer responsible for installation, assembly, integration, and assurance of electronic engineering equipment, products, and methodology as it applies to Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) services.
What You'll Do
- →This position provides the full spectrum of technical and administrative direction to one or more non-contractor subordinates but occupies less than the required 25% minimum of the position's time.
- →Lead Engineer in the Engineering Branch for the Joint Navigation Warfare Center.
- →Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor in the Department of Defense (DoD) for Navigation Warfare.
- →Directs engineering, operations research analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), and studies & analysis (S&A) supporting the PNT and NAVWAR mission.
- →Leads or manages teams to provide reach back subject matter engineering and analysis expertise on NAVWAR to customers.
