What You'll Do
- →Installs, maintains and repairs automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical and electrical systems in industrial settings.
- →Supports Building Automation and Manufacturing Systems by connecting Electrical Power Systems to the network and associated infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and repair of system malfunctions.
- →Disassembles tests, and inspects electronic components when troubleshooting and repairing systems.
- →Performs root cause failure analysis to address and correct the issue causing the failure.
- →Reads blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of SCREENOUT experience may not be used for this grade level.
