About the Role
This position is located in the Office of Behavioral Intervention (OBI) within CSOSA. OBI oversees a complex array of evidence-based assessments, evaluations, and cognitive behavior interventions, as well as innovative practices, and case management services that collectively are designed to mitigate recidivism risk factors, quickly match offenders to appropriate services, and sustain positive change throughout the offender's supervision lifecycle and continuum of care.
What You'll Do
- →Leads group-based domestic violence intervention programming using evidence-based models and ensures consistent, high-quality facilitation for individuals under supervision.
- →Conducts assessments and evaluations of individuals involved in domestic violence cases to determine risk levels, treatment needs, and appropriate intervention strategies.
- →Manages an assigned caseload by monitoring compliance with program requirements, documenting progress, and coordinating services that support behavioral change and accountability.
- →Provides guidance and consultation to staff, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners on domestic violence intervention practices and case considerations.
- →Supports agency domestic-violence-related initiatives and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service delivery, outreach, and coordinated responses.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
