What You'll Do
- →Serves as customer advocate for Document Services by providing customer service and marketing services to both internal and external customers.
- →Utilizes printing management programs to prepare and manipulate digital files for output to various platforms to assist with customer's desktop publishing requests.
- →Furnishes technical advice regarding the preparation, design, layout, specifications, production and distribution methods for complex publications, forms, and specialty items from the original concept to the finished product.
- →Reviews specifications and provides expert advice to ensure that final product or service meets expectations in terms of price, quality, legality, and timeliness.
- →Prepares orders for DLA Document Services in-house production and GPO procurement through GPO Express.
- →Serves as liaison between the customer and GPO procurement officials when developing new specifications, distribution methods, and geographic area for bid advertisement.
