This position is located at Departmental Offices,Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. As the DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, you will serve as the senior operational and resource management official for TFI.
What You'll Do
- →As the DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, you will: Provide strategic leadership over all TFI financial management, including budget prioritization, formulation, justification, execution, operating plans, supplemental requests, risk assessments, congressional materials, reimbursable agreements, and other related national security program support.
- →Integrate and align financial, human capital, facilities, and operational resources across TFI components to support mission priorities and ensure effective execution of national security programs.
- →Coordinate operational and resource management activities with TFI component offices, Treasury bureaus, and external partners to ensure alignment with departmental and national security priorities.
- →Develop and oversee organizational metrics and performance measures for TFI programs, including those reported to senior leadership and external oversight entities.
- →Lead organizational restructuring and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance mission delivery across TFI.
