- →As the Director of External Affairs, you will: Develop an overall marketing and communications strategy for the corporation and to develop an implementation plan for the strategy.
- →Develop policies and procedures for all corporate staff external communications and have primary responsibility for ensuring content and quality control of all corporate staff external communications.
- →Provide professional leadership and direction for a broad program that focuses on critical mission-related activities and issues.
- →Develop and implement external communications policies and procedures for the corporation.
- →Develop and implement media and public relations plans; coordinate all media activity and internal contacts with the Office of Public Affairs; act as the corporation's spokesperson as required.
Requirements
- ✓The official duty station for this position will be in Alexandria, Virginia.
