About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at the 55th Medical Group, Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Assist dentist in providing complex treatments to patients, utilizing stand-up or four handed sit-down dentistry.
- →Prepare patient for surgery by sanitizing patient’s face, draping patient, and obtaining vital signs and medical history.
- →Set up instruments, equipment, and materials such as syringes, aesthesia IVs, and restoration/impression materials.
- →Perform dental radiographic work to include taking radiographs, developing film, and maintaining radiographic equipment.
- →Maintain dental equipment and inventory in clean and operative condition.
