About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic in Oak Harbor, Washington. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform supra-gingival stain and calculus removal.
- →Operate dental X-ray equipment to take intra and extra-oral radiographs.
- →Assist in surgical treatment by applying and removing periodontal and post extraction dressings and removing sutures.
- →Sterilize instruments, materials, and equipment.
- →Properly store and maintain adequate levels of supplies.
- →Aid in the training of trainee dental assistants and students.
- →Receive and scheduls patients for treatment.
