This Full-Time position is with Child and Youth Services (CYS) Middle School/Teen Center at Fort Greely, AK. Mission and weather essential. Relocation incentive available for this position. See "Additional Information" section. CYS Regular and FLEX employees (working a minimum of 15 hours) will receive a 100% discount on childcare for their first child and at least 25% for each additional child.
What You'll Do
- →Majority of assignments are performed independently with technical assistance from the CYS Coordinator when required.
- →Serves as a member of the Installation Child and Youth Evaluation Team to ensure compliance with health, fire, safety, facility and program regulatory requirements and CYS baseline standards.
- →Recruits and hires qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions.
- →Supervises and evaluates employees based on established performance standards.
- →Develops program budget and provides to CYS Coordinator for CYS budget.
- →Manages program to budget.
- →Conducts written analyses of budget variances.
- →Establishes and maintains an active program of parental involvement, providing parent education opportunities and encouraging parent observation and participation.
