This Full-Time position is located at McChord School Age Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees)
What You'll Do
- →Majority of assignments are performed independently with technical assistance from the CYS Coordinator when required.
- →Serves as a member of the Installation Child and Youth Evaluation Team to ensure compliance with health, fire, safety, facility and program regulatory requirements and CYS baseline standards.
- →Recruits and hires qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions.
- →Supervises and evaluates employees based on established performance standards.
- →Develops program budget and provides to CYS Coordinator for CYS budget.
- →Manages program to budget.
- →Conducts written analyses of budget variances.
- →Establishes and maintains an active program of parental involvement, providing parent education opportunities and encouraging parent observation and participation.
