This position is located at the School Age Center in Landstuhl, Germany. Morale Welfare and Recreation Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Majority of assignments are performed independently with technical assistance from the CYS Coordinator when required.
- →Serves as a member of the Installation Child and Youth Evaluation Team to ensure compliance with health, fire, safety, facility and program regulatory requirements and CYS baseline standards.
- →Recruits and hires qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions.
- →Supervises and evaluates employees based on established performance standards.
- →Develops program budget and provides to CYS Coordinator for CYS budget.
- →Manages program to budget.
- →Conducts written analyses of budget variances.
- →Establishes and maintains an active program of parental involvement, providing parent education opportunities and encouraging parent observation and participation.
