About the Position: This position is located within Raymond W Bliss Army Health Center, Fort Huachuca, AZ Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as help desk point of contact for trouble call.
- →Prepare a variety of statistics, graphs, and reports on customer support activity.
- →Perform call desk customer support for troubleshooting of problems encountered by network customers.
- →Assist IT specialists in performing repetitive tasks, including, but not limited to, imaging PCs, installing software updates, and fielding replacement equipment.
- →Receive calls for assistance with system problems that are unable to be resolved by the user or by initial contact with contracted telephone personnel.
