What You'll Do
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for a variety of complex procedural and technical duties related to the formulation and execution of the District budget and financial management activities.
- →Typical work assignments will include: Participating with supervisor or budget analyst in the preparation of budget activities and estimates.
- →Reviewing and analyzing budget reports, classifying errors and taking corrective action to balance errors.
- →Determining that all transactions are properly processed and that total activity agrees with pre-determined control totals.
- →Regularly reconciling accounts and adjusting them to reflect outstanding balances.
- →Liquidating obligations when notified of receipt of goods / services.
- →Preparing invoices and other fiscal items for payment.
